Laboratories in CDDOM consist of efforts of five faculty; Lawrence Mandarino, PhD, Wayne Willis, PhD, Moulun Luo, PhD, Dawn Coletta, PhD, and Paul Langlais, PhD. Laboratories have expertise in cell signaling, metabolism, mitochondrial bioenergetics, molecular biology, genomic and epigenomic techniques and resources, and proteomics. The proteomics laboratory is equipped with two Thermo Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Tribrid Mass Spectrometers, and has expertise as a proteomic platform, emphasizing analysis of post-translational modification (PTM) identification and quantification, label-free proteomic profiling and quantification, and identification of protein binding partners.
