Each sample costs $65. It is our responsibility to help you understand every step of the mass spectrometry experiment and the method used.
We offer the opportunity for trainees to get hands-on bench experience in proteomic sample preparation, if that is of interest to collaborators.
All samples are prepped in the Proteomics Laboratory using our reagents and consumables as part of the $65 per sample charge.
We take care of all the raw data processing, so that all collaborators have to do is show up and navigate the data. We will teach collaborators how to use the proteomics software programs available for use here in the Proteomics Lab.
We assist in bioinformatic analysis of large-scale proteome-wide quantitative proteomics data.
